Once a decision is made, she’s on to the next one and once she puts a routine in place, the reasons for it are often forgotten.

On Your Mark combines different research efforts that, together, plug her back in to her decisions. It’s a blended effort that gets the best of the best stuff.

To capture her real-world behavior and take her out of auto-pilot mode, we use on-line tracking diaries, mobile panels, in-store texting, or daily journaling. Then, when we talk with her face-to-face about specific behaviors, she speaks thoughtfully and not out of habit. We dig for the “a-ha” moments and go wherever the conversation takes us.

We shake up the routine so she can remember, and re-examine, how she got there.
